It's Tuesday again, so time for my weekly progress pics. I'm not going to lie, this week was tough! I cheated a couple of nights with a little wine!
But, I am still moving the needle and making progress. I can feel myself getting stronger...I can actually finish all of the burpees! I lost 1 lb and 2 inches last week. 1 to 2 lbs a week. I will take that with the few cheats I had!
